This project is based on two main activities: the breeding of animals of natural species and the storage of natural plants (without GMO). After two years of experience with two Beninese Christians, every eight months these activities have yielded spectacular returns.
This demonstrates a reassured and profitable venture of the project, if these activities are granted to a good number of breeders.
BREEDING ACTIVITY
It is about buying very young natural animals, so with little money and making them available to the members who are responsible for raising them naturally. And after a period of eight months, we sell them to generate significant profits, given the scarcity of these products on the market. Partnerships have already been negotiated with partners for the purchase and sale of these animals (hotels, restaurants, Agri-Food Center, etc.). ACD is responsible for the purchase and sale of the animals.

STORAGE ACTIVITY
It is a question of purchasing natural plant products (cereals) during the harvest period and then keeping them by storing them in several stores. These natural plants will be used to supply food for animals and in times of scarcity, the surplus will be resold with an excellent margin with our partners. This margin will not be included in the calculation of the profits to be shared. It will be used for the company's cash and operating costs.
However, to initiate this activity, investors will receive 150% of their cash advance for the first year only.
COST AND INCOME
A livestock ($ 160) plus benefits for which the breeder's insurance ($ 16) and the school supplies for each child in the household ($ 24) were estimated at $ 200, or 120,000 Francs CFA per new member .
The sale, 8 months later, of all the males of the livestock makes it possible to obtain an excellent profitability (see tables below). After retaining 40% of sales for the purchase of the next season's beasts and payment of insurance and school supplies, the remaining profit will be shared as follows:
- Breeder: 40%
- Investor: 32%
- Company: 28% to cover operating costs (administrative costs, bank charges, site management, payment of supervisors and their travel expenses, etc.)
From March 2015 to October 2015
I entrusted in 2015, 10 small pigs and 2 small sows. 12 small cocks and 4 small chickens and 3 goats respectively to two people so that the incomes that will be shared will serve to improve a little bit their socio-economic conditions. The females are intended to strengthen the population and the males are destined to be sold after a duration of 8 months. Thus, the profit made at the end of the season for the two consecutive years (because we have lagged during the test phase) in a single person is shown in the tables below:

For the third season, the breeders having given their maximum quota and the number of females having greatly increased, the number of males to be purchased decreases, so that 40% of the cash will remain in cash so that the company can start from new breeders. In this example it will be: 193,67-119,50 = 74,17 however for this 3rd season the NGO decides with this cash, to test different races according to the results of birth, mortality and sales profits. REPRODUCTION
To increase reproduction in relation to these tables, we selected the following vernacular races (in Adja):
- Swine species: It is the race "Jihomou" which means "capable of making many children" - between 7 and 12 pups per litter

SOURCE OF PROJECT
At the end of the activities in 2016, the returns and benefits of the two workers stimulated a large number of Christians to request the granting of this activity. In fact, more than 50 applicants (March and April 2017) are registered in the session (ie the church is divided into an assembly, a session, a region throughout the national territory), showing their willingness to work with The project in addition to the two beginners; Resulting in nearly 52 registered applicants. But in the month of May 2017, when other Christians from other churches heard that such wonderful things happen, the number of applicants has risen in an unprecedented way. Given this enthusiasm, the idea of creating a non-governmental organization to offer complementary activity to rural Christians on the one hand and help them to benefit from the aid to improve their socio-economic status has Created, associated with the storage activity. This is how the Christian Development Project was born. It is created on 20 March 2017 in Cotonou (the economic capital of the country) by the cooperation of Mr. Sévérin DALOHOUN with MM. Catherine VALLES and aims to improve the living conditions within the Christian community in order to make the richness of the ALL-POWERFUL GOD perceptible. This remunerative and win-win project aims to create riches for LIFE.
